Basic House Inspection--$400 (under 2,500 square feet)
Larger House Inspection--$450+ depending on size & time (over 2,500 square feet)
Each inspection includes a free thermal-imaging scan of the interior of the house.
Possible additional fee for 30-60 miles--$25; for 60+ miles--$50
Basic Thermal-imaging Scan--$100 minimum
This infrared camera by Flir senses temperature variations to 1/10 of a degree. It is useful for identifying possible insulation and moisture problems in a house. It can also help with homes and businesses with in-floor heat.

Mold Testing
In addition to provide moisture evaluation via thermal cameras and moisture meters, we also provide air and surface mold samples. A detailed PDF report is usually provided the next day from us and from the testing lab. Fees vary depending on the services requested and the number of samples needed.
