Basic House Inspection--$375 (under 2,500 square feet)

Larger House Inspection--$425+ (over 2,500 square feet)

 

Each inspection includes a free thermal-imaging scan of the interior of the house.

 

Possible additional fee for 30-60 miles--$25; for 60+ miles--$50

Basic Thermal-imaging Scan--$75 minimum

This infrared camera by Flir senses temperature variations to 1/10 of a degree. It is useful for identifying possible insulation and moisture problems in a house. It can also help with homes and businesses with in-floor heat.
